What our seven year limited warranty means

This Warranty is our promise to the original purchaser that, for a period of seven (7) years from the date of delivery, each piece of Fusion Woodworks furniture will be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship or construction. If any defect does appear within the seven-year warranty period, Fusion Woodworks will take the steps described below to correct it.

Who is covered

This Limited Warranty protects only the original purchaser and applies only when you purchase the Fusion Woodworks furniture for normal commercial use and not for household use.

Implied Warranties


Consequential or incidental damages


By this we mean any loss, expense, or damage, other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture. The remedies provided under this Warranty state the limit of Fusion Woodworks responsibilities.

What Fusion Woodworks  will do

We will remedy a manufacturing defect in any of your Fusion Woodworks furniture as long as you send a notice of the defect within the seven-year Warranty period (measured from the date of delivery). If you do notice a defect, it is important for you to act promptly and notify Fusion Woodworks by email as soon as possible. Our contact information is listed in the menu above.

When you notify Fusion Woodworks of the defect in your Fusion Woodworks furniture, please provide us with reasonable proof of the date of purchase. After notification, it may be necessary for Fusion Woodworks to arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not a defect exists. If a defect does exist, it will be repaired. If Fusion Woodworks determines that repair is not practical, you will be supplied with a new piece of  Fusion Woodworks furniture, if available, of the same or similar color, design, style and quality. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, Fusion Woodworks reserves the right to substitute materials of equal quality.

You will not be charged for any repair services or for the new replacement furniture. If you paid transportation or shipping charges for the original delivery of your Fusion Woodworks furniture, you will not be charged for transportation of warranteed furniture to and from the Fusion Woodworks manufacturing facility.

The repair or replacement of the Fusion Woodworks furniture does not extend the duration of the Warranty period nor begin a new Warranty period.

In the alternative, Fusion Woodworks will send you a refund if we cannot repair the defect after a reasonable number of tries. In case of a refund, a deduction will be made for the number of years of use taken as a percentage of the Warranty period and applied against your purchase price.

Limitations on the coverage of our seven-year warranty

While we believe our Limited Warranty is a good one, there are some limits to it. Any of the following things reduce our responsibility under this Warranty:

Original Purchaser

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Fusion Woodworks furniture. By "original purchaser" we mean the first purchaser who takes retail delivery of the furniture for placement and use in a commercial business location.

Improper Care and Use

Your Fusion Woodworks furniture requires some routine maintenance. Please take care to treat your furniture like the fine product that it is. Keep the furniture clean, dusted and polished as you would any piece of fine furniture. This will prolong its life and help preserve its beauty.

Proper care and use are also essential to preserving your rights under this Warranty. We will not repair or replace your furniture if damage is caused by improper use, by improper maintenance or by improper cleaning. This Warranty does not apply if product damage results from the use of detergents, cleansers, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents on the furniture.

Accidents, Abuse and Normal Wear and Tear

This Warranty does not apply if an inspection by Fusion Woodworks reveals that product damage results from abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including without limitation burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs, stains and indentations.

Differences from Floor Samples and Literature

Because of the craftsmanship involved in each piece of  Fusion Woodworks furniture, minor variations can occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this Warranty does not cover such minor differences or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.

Freight damage

This Warranty does not cover damage cause by common carrier.

This Seven-Year Limited Warranty becomes effective with Fusion Woodworks furniture delivered on or after January 1st, 2oo5


How to make a claim
If you think there is a defect in any of your Fusion Woodworks furniture and you want to make a claim under this Warranty, you must  notify Fusion Woodworks directly at 1-877-494-0817. Please provide the address where the furniture is located and proof of date of purchase. Please describe the problem you are having with your Fusion Woodworks furniture as fully and clearly as possible.

Fusion Woodworks will arrange for an inspection of your furniture and, if necessary, for the return of the furniture for repair or replacement. After receiving notice of a defect or fault in a Fusion Woodworks furniture product, Fusion Woodworks will require a reasonable period of time in which to make the necessary adjustments.

Any transportation, shipping, insurance, or other costs involved in delivering warranteed furniture to Fusion Woodworks pursuant to the above procedure is covered by this Warranty if you paid transportation or shipping charges for the original delivery of the furniture.
